Following a judicial or arbitral sentence, there may arise the need to carry out a Technical Evaluation to determine the quantum.
In these situations, the elaboration of a specialized technical investigation, considering the correct and appropriate interpretation of the sentence and / or agreement – e.g. what was decided by the Judge or the Arbitrator, allows for the correct handling and value calculation relative to the decisions taken, appropriately documented and supported by a report showing all records and considerations, as well as calculation methodology.
