Alessandra possesses a postgraduate degree in Forensic Accounting, and Accounting-Financial Administration, and has been working in this field for over 15 years, and Luis Fernando Freitas, business administrator with post-graduate degree in accounting and financial administration from FAAP. Luis has over 23 years of experience, and solid career with emphasis in business administration, finance, and long-term contract management.

Expert appointed by tribunal in arbitrations in CAM-CCBC, CAM (B3) and CIESP/FIESP and federal proceedings in São Paulo, Guarulhos and Campinas. Professor in the Postgraduate Course in Accounting Expertise at FECAP.

With over 28 years of professional experience, Luis has built his career with emphasis in business administration, finance, and long-term contract management, working in the corporate market within the business units of large corporations, including: NEC, Motorola, Schahin, Alstom and CPFL.
Luis has worked and has experience in the development, modeling and analysis of the economic and financial feasibility of large such as Industrial Plants, Innovation Projects, Energy Generation and Distribution Projects, as well as others whose main objectives are to reduce costs and increase frofit margins.
With entrepreneurial experience in business creation and development, Luis also provides technical and behavioral corporate training for entrepreneurs and companies from various sectors of the Brazilian economy.

With 30 years experience in accounting, Elisabete has been involved with several corporation in the service, commerce and industry sectors. More specifically, she has worked in telecommunications, auto dealerships, auto-parts manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and accounting offices, among others, in the position of accounting manager.
Elisabete has actively participated in projects in the areas of billing, finance, legal tax, regulatory, and IT, and currently develops accounting expertise work as a Technical Assistant. Expert appointed by tribunal in the Court of São Bernardo do Campo and the Federal Civil Court.
